What We Look For
Akin to what other experienced analysts and consultants do, we prepare our processes by collecting and gathering data and information; what’s different is the way we do it.
Versus reading statements, reading plans, and strategies, we conduct surveys, we experience and expose ourselves in the business real-time, and we speak directly with clients.
The things that we look for when we perform a business review and assessment revolve around the factors that make the business up. We usually ask and want to look for:
- Overall business plan and strategy
- The marketing strategy and analysis
- Financial statements
- The sales drafts
- Financial projections
- Business plan
By doing so, we are able to ensure that the business processes are within its best performance. The overall goal of a business review and assessment is to check whether a business is performing poorly, satisfactorily, or tremendously.
