The first step in getting our services involves choosing a date with us when we can discuss in detail what your business is all about. You will then tell us what you want us to do for you. It can be a management issue, your business in a crisis, marketing, business growth, or any other as you already know it. This discussion will lead us to the next step, which is an objective definition or problem definition in other words.
After hearing your story, and anything else that you are willing to share with us, we will define the problem statement that our service will aim at solving. When we both agree that it is what you want for your business, then we will proceed to the next step.
The next step will be data collection. This involves gathering any useful information that we can find about your business. We know that most of the data are with the account’s office, but we will gather data from all the departments including the sales department and HR office. We mean to get anything tangible.
The collected data is then analyzed, and the set objectives are validated. This involves drawing conclusions on what caused the problem or what put your business in its current status. Once this is done, we will develop strategies and plans that are ready for implementation. We don’t end there yet. We will oversee the implementation and monitor the progress. If the objectives are met, the cycle ends and we can start over again if you need another service.
